Consumer rights at a glance
You always have the following baseline rights when you deal with us:
- The right to clear, plain-language information about the service you're paying for, including the total monthly fee, what is and isn't included, and any additional charges.
- The right to a fair, written contract before any payment is due.
- The right to cancel a fixed-term agreement on 20 business days' notice (subject to a reasonable cancellation penalty as permitted by section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act).
- The right to have your personal information processed lawfully, securely, and only for the purposes you've consented to.
